0/12 launch bays (Tau and Tyranids can have up to 24; random launch bays count 1d6 as 4 and 1d3 as 2)

0/3 Nova cannon armed ships (Imperium only)

2+ Escort squadrons

Since the ships involved are either specialists in one type of ordnance (ie torpedo boats) or have the expertise and technology to do their job correctly we feel it is ridiculous that they should somehow never manage to refuel and/or rearm – especially since this could be caused by an error on another ship (ie first failed leadership roll).
